OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates, in general, to the devices for capturing and providing information and multimedia content accessible through QR codes.
More particularly, the present invention relates to a device that can be installed on posts or facades of buildings, which can be incorporated into a plaque with the name of the street, to assist citizens and control centers of a city in obtaining information that can be collected in relation to the place where the device is installed.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Both for tourists and for the inhabitants of a place, whether they walk on foot or by vehicle, street signs are indispensable in the orientation within the city. But in addition many times the passer-by likes to know more about that street or the points of interest near it, and there are even situations (emergencies, mass events, etc.) that can occur in the place and that you need to be informed for your safety or to move better around the city.
There is an infinity of data that the pedestrian or the vehicles that pass through a street would like to know. But it is also possible to collect numerous and varied data from the street, for example, the pedestrian and vehicle flow, the atmospheric conditions that occur in real time on that street, incidents or accidents that can happen in it, ... AND The city's control centers (town halls, police, firefighters, etc.) may find it very interesting to be able to monitor these data for their management.
The objective technical problem that arises is thus to provide an easily installable device in the streets of a city that, in addition to offering the citizen valuable contextual information when necessary, constitutes an informational source for the city's own control centers by providing a great diversity of data and with precision about the flow of mobility in the city and other situations of its streets, people and vehicles that pass through them.

The present invention serves to solve the problem mentioned above, by means of a device designed to allow exposure in a street, via, public or private, of a QR code, adapted in size to be incorporated in the street sign, QR code a through which any pedestrian on the street or road user (for example, users who can drive on the sidewalk in vehicles, such as bicycles) can obtain the information that the corresponding town hall or control / management center decides to put at that point of the city (from information on the street itself, starting with the history of its name, to any other information that the city council has considered convenient, such as information on museums, places of interest, official offices, etc.).
The device is an intelligent base located on a public or private road to give contextual information to the citizen at street level, using QR codes, which can be read quickly and easily by any smart mobile terminal (tablet or smartphone, for example ) of the citizen. The device is applicable for example to large entertainment venues where there are streets with names of internal use of the property in question (for example, an open shopping center or an amusement park).
In addition, the device described houses different sensors (cameras, motion sensors, atmospheric sensors, etc.) that can send their data remotely to a central office. Additionally, as an option for the autonomous operation of said sensors, the device consists of batteries (rechargeable and removable) that are powered by solar panels (preferably located at the top of the device associated with the street sign). Another option is for the sensors to be powered by the power grid provided on the street / track.
One aspect of the invention relates to an informative assistance device capable of being installed on a public or private road, together with a street sign or badge that identifies or signals the route or place of interest, which comprises the following components:
- a QR code and a support frame to accommodate said QR code and the street sign, the QR code being associated with information related to the street or place indicated by the sign;

- at least one captor of information incorporated in the support framework to capture real-time information relative to the place where the entrance panel is installed.
The advantages of the present invention are fundamentally:
- The device provides bidirectional information: giving useful information on the street to the citizen who passes through that street and delivering information about the street and its pedestrians or vehicles that circulate through it to a remote exchange.
- The device can process the information captured both at source (in situ) and at destination. For example, the device is capable of pre-processing on-site the information collected about the pedestrian and vehicular flow of the city, before communicating it to the central, autonomously and without the need to connect to the electricity grid (under plates solar and rechargeable batteries that feed the sensors, cameras, etc., used to collect the information and the entire device).
- In addition, each device installed can be assigned a unique QR code, so that in the control panel how many accesses can be processed (they have entered each of the pages, and what day and at what time, of information associated with the QR code) from each of the devices. This means that even if, for example, there is a device at the beginning of a sidewalk of one street and another at the end of the sidewalk of the same street, and although both lead to the same page, to the information of that street, if the QR are different, it is known not only what information they have consulted said street, but the specific QR through which they have accessed.
- The described components of the device make it simple and economical to manufacture, as well as easily installable in the streets or other places such as those mentioned above.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
A possible embodiment of the device (100) adapted to a street sign (6) is shown in Figure 1. The size of the device (100) is in accordance with the size of the street sign (6) that illustrates the name of the street and depends on the arrangement on the facade of the street building in which it is located. Installation on a facade is an option. It can also be installed on posts, even ad hoc posts.
In an example shown in Figure 2, the device (100) is installed at a height (h) and inclined at an angle (a) towards the sidewalk, floor or floor, so that its content is accessible or readable to a user that circulates on the street and directs its view upwards, towards what would usually be a “street” sign.
In another option, it is possible that the device (100) is placed completely perpendicular to the track, for example when the plate is installed on a pole, not on a facade.
The device (100) incorporates a QR code (3) on top of the street name that shows the street sign (6), which can be made of plastic and removable, for example, removable through a slot ( 1) on the front of the device (100), to be able to replace it whenever necessary. The device (100) incorporates different sensors or information sensors. Various embodiments of the device (100) are contemplated, depending on whether the sensors are located in the lower part of the device (100), or in the upper part of the device (100), as well as a possible variant where there are sensors both in the top and bottom of the device (100). In addition, for each of the three variants, the QR code (3) of the device (100), which provides information to the pedestrian, can be, for example, plastic, held in a support frame (4), as in Figure 1, from which it can be removed as described above, or the QR code (3) can be exposed by means of a screen, for example, of electronic ink. The choice of the realization of the QR code (3) depends on the location and use of the device (100) in the street.
There are several angles available with respect to the horizontal support frame (4) that the device (100) has to accommodate the QR code (3); The angle depends on the height at which the device (100) is placed on the street and on the width of the sidewalk in which it is installed. These parameters can affect the choice of the final material with which to make the support (4) or frame of the device (100), for example, plastic or metal.
This support frame (4) surrounding the QR code (3) and partially represented in Figure 2, can incorporate light indicators (8), for example a strip of white LEDs or LEDs, which are distributed along the side and top of the device frame (100), which can be lit in various colors and flash frequencies so that the pedestrian can more easily locate the street sign (6) and the device (100). Also in the lower part of the support frame (4) surrounding the QR code (3) light indicators (8) can be arranged to illuminate both the QR code (3) and the street sign (6), for example, when night falls . Also in the upper part of the device (100), an antenna (7) is installed that communicates to the control center, for example, of a town hall, the information collected by the different sensors or elements for capturing or measuring information, such as cameras, motion sensors, atmospheric sensors, etc.
Thus, in a possible embodiment, such as that shown in Figure 1, the support frame (4) of the device incorporates, facing the ground, a camera (2) that acts to capture information on the flow of people and vehicles from the street .
The information collected by the camera (2) or any other sensor can first be preprocessed directly in the device (100) by means of a processing unit, so that the information transmitted by the antenna (7) is already sent after passing through A first pre-processing. Thus, the device (100) can, as an option, process the images of the camera (2), calculate how many vehicles and pedestrians have passed, for example, in the last minute, and transmit said calculated data directly, but not the images, that would be continuously erased to preserve the privacy of citizens. This, in addition to protecting privacy, makes the volume of data to be transmitted much smaller.
In addition to the camera (2) and the light indicators (8), the device (100) can also incorporate audio generators (5), which can be acoustic signals, such as a buzzer or a bell, as well as sound players , for example a speaker to reproduce the human voice or music. The light indicators (8) and the audio generators (5) act to notify pedestrians, respectively with different color codes and different sounds or messages by the speaker, of special situations, such as that the next day is going to cut the street for a work, or that there is a risk of flooding. The complete information of these special situations can be consulted through the QR code (3). In this way, citizens can be informed with useful last-minute data of a specific area of the city. In special situations, the citizen is warned with the light signals of the light indicators (8) and the acoustic signals, even with voice messages through
the audio generators (5), which can obtain all the updated information through the QR code (3).
